Meet LVLup Event Marketing at PAX West 2027
September 3 - 6, 2027 · Seattle, WA - Seattle Convention Center

Our team will be on the floor at PAX West producing exhibits for a number of brands. If you're planning your presence at PAX West or other gaming shows, we'd love to meet in person and show you our work live.

What we do for PAX West exhibitors:

• Custom booth design and build

• Custom scenic fabrication and rentals

• Fan activations, playable demo stations and photo moments

• Content, creator and community engagement

• AV, lighting and staging

• Show services ordering and auditing (electrical, rigging, labor, freight)

• On-site management from install to dismantle

Let's meet. We have limited time slots during the show.
